Statutory cancellation notice

You can cancel using this form, or by any of the other methods listed below. You do not have to use this form, and you do not have to give a reason.

Mandatory statutory rights prevail. Nothing on this site limits a cancellation or refund right that consumer law gives you and does not allow to be limited.

We do not ask for an identity document number on this form. If one is genuinely needed to process your request we will ask for it directly, by email.

You are not required to give a reason for cancelling.

A cancellation notice is effective when you send it. You may use any clear statement — you do not have to use our wording.

What you should know before cancelling

A takeover is activated immediately once your payment and destination are approved, because that is what you asked for at checkout. Where a statutory cancellation right applies to a service that has already begun with your express request, the amount refundable may be reduced in proportion to what has already been provided, to the extent the law allows. We will tell you how we have calculated anything we deduct.

Being replaced by a later takeover is not a cancellation and does not reduce any cancellation right you have.
