The information in this notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury I am authorised to act on behalf of the owner of the right allegedly infringed — or, for a counter-notice, I have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification. I am the owner of the exclusive right concerned, or authorised to act on the owner's behalf. Counter-notice only: I consent to the jurisdiction of the United States federal district court for the district in which my address is located, or if my address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which the service provider may be found, and I will accept service of process from the person who submitted the notice or their agent.

We have not registered a designated agent with the United States Copyright Office. Copyright complaints are accepted at the copyright contact above and are reviewed on the same terms; we do not claim the safe harbour that registration confers.

A valid notice should identify the copyrighted work, identify the material claimed to be infringing and where it is, give your contact details, and include the good faith, accuracy and authority statements above, with your signature.

If we disable a destination in response to a notice, the buyer may submit a counter-notice using the same form. A counter-notice must identify the material, state under penalty of perjury a good faith belief that it was removed by mistake or misidentification, give contact details, and consent to jurisdiction as set out above.

We operate a repeat-infringer policy: where the same buyer is the subject of repeated substantiated copyright complaints, we may decline to accept further takeovers from them. That decision is made by a person reviewing the history. A complaint on its own does not make anyone a repeat infringer.
